The Acorn Trust is a small South Wairarapa based Charitable Trust that provides financial support to local organisations, schools and students in support of the arts.

We are interested in hearing about opportunities to support local literature, drama, music, fine arts, modern arts, and anything else in the wide definition of “arts”. Support can be considered for such things as bringing performances or events to South Wairarapa, promotion of events, supporting access to events/shows, supporting local students to attend events out of town, and increasing access to the arts for local children.

 

We also support one South Wairarapa art student into tertiary education, and have recently selected a new bursar for 2024 study.
